The Importance of Meal Prep: Knowing what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat and then preparing your meals is one of important aspects of achieving a healthy, balanced diet.

If you do not like to cook or simply do not have time to cook, weekly meal prep will be available to assist in your fitness journey.

Meal prepping can help you stay on track with your health and fitness goals. When you come home late from work, you might be tempted to simply make a bag of popcorn and veg out in front of the TV. But in the same amount of time (actually probably less), you can reheat the delicious food that has been you meal-prepped. This tip hits home for those of us who work all day and can't even with cooking when we get home from a long, tiresome workday
